Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is pricing set?

Every space, system, and team is different, so each project is scoped individually. After a free consultation, you'll get a clear scope and cost before any work begins.

Do you sell or install equipment?

No. Mossbrook doesn't sell equipment and earns no commissions, so recommendations are based only on what your space actually needs. We can help you plan, connect, and configure a system, and we can act as your liaison with a salesperson. When a project needs permanent installation, electrical work, construction, or overhead rigging, we'll identify that early and help you understand what kind of qualified installer to hire.

Can you help us set up a brand-new system?

Yes. System planning and setup is one of our core services, and it covers everything from reviewing your space and goals to connecting the equipment, configuring signal flow, testing, and training the people who will operate it.

Will you run sound at our event?

Our focus is preparing your system and your crew so they can run the event with confidence. We also offer standby support, where we're available during the event to help guide your crew if something comes up.

What should we have ready for the consultation?

A general description of your space, a list or photos of your main equipment if you have them, and what you're trying to accomplish. Don't worry if you're not sure what everything is — that's what the call is for.

Can you help remotely?

Yes. A Sound Plan Review can be done remotely, using photos, video, and a conversation with your team. Some work is best done in person, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

What areas do you serve?

On-site work is available in Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; and Charlotte, North Carolina. Remote planning is available anywhere.
